For a young family moving into this East Village apartment, Atelier RO was tasked with reimagining the space, bringing warmth and life to the interior, character to the finishes, all whilst creating an efficient and functional space for the family.

Situated on the former site of the A.T. Stewart department store, Stewart House was designed and built during the 1960s; the apartment had remained untouched since.
